With a wide range of services to my credit, including thousands of hours of coaching and business mentoring (+5000), and hundreds of training and team facilitation interventions, I am deeply convinced that people are fundamental, and that accomplished people contribute greatly not only to the success of their company(ies), but also to a better world. With over ten years’ experience in multinational companies, including senior and executive positions, before founding AAA+ Coaching et Formations in 2008, I have been helping my customers (individuals and companies, organizations in all sectors) to achieve success and fulfillment for over 13 years. I’m convinced that much more can be done to promote human fulfillment and the social and environmental contribution of companies, while boosting their success. Helping people to discover and develop their potential, overcome their limits, and connect in depth with themselves and their environment, in order to enable meaningful decisions, actions, behaviors and states of being, is my way of contributing to a better society and a better world.
