Day 3: Bangkok, Spiritual Splendour in the City of the Angels of the Angels of the Angels

Visit Wat Pho and meditate in the temple with monks, an authentic guided meditation experience in a Buddhist temple, allowing you to connect deeply with their spirit and environment. Discover this majestic temple housing the Reclining Buddha, symbol of serenity and Buddhist spirituality, for an experience of contemplation and reflection.

Enjoy a culinary break to savor the delights of local cuisine and discover the authentic flavors of Bangkok. Day 4: Cycling in Bangkok and exploring the floating markets markets markets

Hop on a bike for a ride along the bucolic bamboo paths of Bang Krachao Island, an oasis far from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok’s traffic.

Immerse yourself in the lively and colorful atmosphere of the floating markets, discover the Bang Nam Phueng floating market, an authentic exploration offering a unique insight into local life and culture, where you can discover local produce, unique souvenirs and culinary delights.

Day 5 - Koh Samui, Relaxation and Exploration Exploration Exploration

Fly to Koh Samui. Explore the island with a visit to the iconic Wat Phra Yai temple, where the giant statue of the Sitting Buddha stands, offering a panoramic view of the island from its promontory. Continue your exploration with a visit to Koh Samui’s monkey village, where you can observe free-roaming monkeys in their natural environment and interact with them. Relax on the white-sand beaches of Chaweng or Lamai, where you can swim, snorkel or simply bask in the sun. In the late afternoon, transfer to Koh Samui harbor to take the ferry to Koh Phangan, where a new adventure awaits you. Take advantage of the ferry ride to watch the sun set over the ocean, then relax and enjoy the ride to your next destination.

Day 7 - Koh Phangan, Full Day Exploration Exploration Exploration

Start the day with a new yoga session on the beach, in harmony with the waves and the movements of nature around you.

Explore the island’s interior on a guided hike through lush jungle. Discover hidden waterfalls, natural springs and exotic flora and fauna. Climb the steps of the Kuan Yin Chinese shrine and admire the spectacular view over Chaloklum Bay. Visit a traditional fishing village to discover the local way of life and taste typical Thai dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy an evening of relaxation with a traditional Thai massage to soothe tired muscles and release accumulated tension.

Day 8: Excursion to Ang Thong National Marine Park Park Park

Morning departure by boat to Ang Thong National Marine Park, an unspoilt archipelago of 42 exceptionally beautiful islands. Sailing through turquoise waters, with stops for swimming, snorkeling and discovering colorful marine life. Explore the archipelago’s caves, hidden lagoons and secluded beaches, where you can relax, take photos and soak up the wilderness.

Return to Koh Phangan in the late afternoon, with unforgettable memories of this day of adventure in one of Thailand’s most beautiful natural sites.

Day 9 - Koh Phangan, Day of Connection Connection Connection

Practice yoga at sunrise to awaken your body and mind to a new day of exploration and discovery.

Join a group meditation session to connect with other participants and share your experiences and insights. Enjoy a relaxing day on the beach to recharge your batteries and reconnect with nature and your inner self. Join a group discussion circle to share your thoughts on the day and receive support and encouragement from your peers.

Day 10 - Koh Phangan, Full Day Conscience Conscience Conscience

Start the day with a gentle yoga session to gently awaken your body and prepare your mind for a day of mindfulness.

Join a mindfulness workshop to learn breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that will help you cultivate presence and mindfulness. Enjoy a meditative stroll on the beach, concentrating on the sensations of your footsteps in the sand, the sound of the waves and the gentle caress of the wind.

End the day in style with a guided meditation session under the stars, listening to the sounds of nature and letting your mind soothe and relax.

Day 11: Excursion to Koh Tao  Tao  Tao 

Early departure by boat for the neighboring island of Koh Tao, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and exceptional diving sites.

On arrival at Koh Tao, join a dive boat to explore the island’s spectacular dive sites, renowned for their colorful and diverse marine life. For those who don’t dive, snorkeling options are also available to discover the coral reefs from the surface and swim alongside majestic sea turtles.

Relax on Koh Tao’s white sandy beaches, swim in the turquoise waters or explore the island on foot to discover its secluded coves and panoramic viewpoints. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner in one of Koh Tao’s many seaside restaurants, before returning to Koh Phangan in the early evening, with stars in your eyes after a day of adventure.

Finally, take part in a final coaching session to take stock of your stay, reflect on your experiences and plan actions to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life.

Meditate at sunrise to start the day with calm and clarity of mind. Explore local markets and take part in a Thai cooking workshop to learn how to prepare traditional dishes. Join a local arts and crafts workshop to discover traditional Thai handicraft-making techniques.

Create your own unique souvenir to take home. Relax at a wreath-making workshop, learning the art of Thai flower arranging. End the day in style with a gourmet Thai dinner in a seaside restaurant, where exotic flavors and delicate spices will delight your taste buds.

Day 13 - Koh Phangan, Day of Gratitude Gratitude Gratitude

Practice yoga at sunrise to express your gratitude for a new day of life and opportunity. Join a group gratitude circle to share the happy moments, small victories and big achievements of your journey.

Enjoy a day of relaxation and leisure to explore the island at your own pace, swim in the crystal-clear waters and soak up the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Celebrate the last evening of your stay with a special dinner under the stars, in the company of your new friends and savoring the delights of Thai cuisine.

Day 14: Return to Bangkok for your last day in the country. Thailand Thailand Thailand

Take advantage of your last day in Bangkok to relax and enjoy the last moments of your trip before catching your flight home. Visit Bangkok’s most extraordinary shopping center for your last gifts.

Then in the late afternoon, enjoy a sunset, where you can connect one last time to the beauty and serenity along the river, followed by a traditional Thai dance dinner show on a boat on the Chao Phraya River.

Day 15: Transfer to airport for return flight home  flight home  flight home
