Day 1: Welcome to Seoul  Seoul  Seoul

Arrival in Seoul and private transfer to The Shilla Seoul. Day 12: Discovering the flavours of Jeju  Jeju  Jeju

Start the day with a visit to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), an impressive natural site and UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a morning hike offering breathtaking views of the island. Then take part in your coaching session with your personal coach.

In the afternoon, take part in a Korean cooking workshop with a Michelin-starred chef, learning how to prepare traditional, tasty dishes. Enjoy a tasting dinner prepared by the chef using the dishes learned during the workshop.
